We use a system called DonorBox to manage our Abbot’s Circle donations. Once you join the Abbot’s Circle, you will receive a DonorBox email that invites you to set up your online account.Account information is available directly in DonorBox.

Setting up your account with a username and password allows you to change your personal information (name, email, phone, address, credit card, billing info, etc.) on your account at any time. You can also pause or stop your donation by logging into your account.If you have any trouble with your Abbot’s Circle account, please contact our Customer Support team at info@stmichaelsabbey.com

Visit DonorBox and click Retrieve my donor account. You will need to enter the email address you used to make a donation to access your account.

Visit Donorbox to update your card or payment bank.

Go to Donorbox payment settings to update your payment amount at any time.

Yes! You can edit your payment details at any time:
To pause payment, go to Donorbox payment settings.
To cancel payment, go to Donorbox account information.
