O Adonai, Leader of the House of Israel, who appeared to Moses in the fire in the burning bush and gave him the law on Sinai, come and redeem us with an outstretched arm.
The burning bush through which God spoke to Moses is a sign of Mary's motherhood. In this reflection, we proclaim that Mary is truly our mother--and the mother of all the faithful--and pray that all mothers follow Our Lady's holy example.
